A working father, head of his household, has a self-worth greater than any avaricious male that mistakenly thinks life is all about money,cars and women. That's just one example of how one can measure their self-worth.
Ask yourself how well would any situation go if you removed yourself from the equation. If your importance is based on material wares; then you,my friend,are not very important at all. With or without you cars will be made and driven; clothes will be made and bought. Money will be made and spent without you. However, your kids, your family would suffer without you....Think about it.
